McGinley :: Family
Please meet the McGinleys. They are loving, genuine, kind-hearted and as it happens, each one more wackier they the other! They have been dear friends to me and my family for...i'm not quite sure how many years. I was pondering all the memories that we've shared, camping, bonfires, laughing, games, filming awesome, yet ridiculous, videos, laughing, meals, extreme spoons and yes, more ridiculous-i-can't-breathe-i'm-laughing-so-hard-laughing! Uncle Marty and Auntie Katie, I can't tell you how much I cherish your friendship and how blessed I am having your support and prayers through the years. My cousins! Meghan, Kelsey, Rachel and Jenna, you are all so beautiful I can't even stand it! I love laughing with you and being ridiculous with you. You are treasures.
See the one on the end? That's Will. He's a beloved add on. He and Meghan married this past September. I believe he's adjusted quite well to so many sisters-in-law. They can get kind of silly, but he deals quite well. :)
Oh, how wonderful it is.
Meghan.
Kelsey.
Rachel.
Jenna.
I couldn't get over how FANTASTIC the lighting was that evening!
I'll leave you with this photo of them showing their true colors.

Taylor :: Senior!!
I'm slightly, (really) behind on this one, but, better late then never. :) May I introduce this darling girl, Taylor. She was so very sweet, a little timid at first but stepped it up like a pro and it was a delightful shoot. I was so very happy with the lighting, the setting and of course, her gorgeousness! Taylor also brought her guitar along and I was excited! I love working with props that are meaningful to the client. It guarantees a certain uniqueness to their photos and helps me to up my creative notch instead of sticking with what I know. We traipsed all about Glacial Park and got some great stuff. She was a trooper and even foraged through the brush with me to a fallen tree. But enough with the jabber, I'll let you see for yourself!

Daniel and Samantha :: Married!!
I'm getting this post up a little late. Usually I skim through photos and pick my favorites, but this time around, I ended up editing everything and then selecting what I wanted. I really loved reliving the day as I edited. Set in the countryside, this outdoor wedding turned out perfectly. Beautiful sky, rich and blue, loomed above as I shot her dress, shoes and every lovely detail Samantha had put so much effort into creating. Friends and family bustled about ensuring perfection and seeing to the brides every need. While I hung out with the girls, Kelsey, my happy helper, :) stayed with the boys.
Checking out the hair with her cell. :)
Samantha, if you're wondering if you looked beautiful, I would have to say no. You so surpassed the word beautiful that day. Stunningly gorgeous PRINCESS!! It was quite the process to get the dress on, but it was a success. :)
Favorite #3. I love this photo because this was an excellent example of how Sams best friends surrounded, loved and served her on this day.
Daniel and Samantha opted for a first look. I love when couples decided to incorporate this element into their wedding day. It takes away the nerves for the ceremony, lends more time to photography and creates a special and intimate moment for just the two of them.
My view.
Kelseys view.
Fantastic wedding party.
I absolutely loved our engagement shoot and knew from working with them before, that they would be pros in front of the camera.
Go. On. Girl!
Favorite #2. Gorge to the extreme!
Here are some of those lovely details I promised!
Samantha stuck with her engagement theme and was chauffeured to the aisle in a vintage truck.
And just like that, they were married!
First dance. I do love this next photo, not because it's anything special aesthetically, but it's an accurate depiction of the love they have for each other. I kid you not, they looked like this, all...day. It was pretty amazing!
Favorite #1. No words necessary.
I noticed that as the Father/Daughter & Mother/Son dances happened, neither could keep their eyes off the other. My heart felt happy.
As people danced and drank the night away, there was fun happening off the dance floor. Dan and Sam started by releasing the first balloon.
Dear Samantha, you make the best faces. Ever.
Thank you Dan and Sam for choosing me to photograph your wedding. I loved getting to know you both and wish you all the best as you join your lives together for the great adventure.
