Snickerdoodles

I'm staying with the boys for a few days while the parents are out of town. Mike and I decided to do a variety of things, a few being, a Mario Kart tournament, movie night AND making cookies! Doing anything with a little boy, I've decided, is always an adventure. There was a new and interesting light shed on making cookies, I won't go into detail, but it made me laugh and cringe all at the same time.

It was taking a very long time to mix in all the dry ingredients, and unfortunately for him, I bypassed his suggestion to dump all the flour in at the same time.

Snow Day!

I am currently in PJs sipping my espresso and watching Friends. That's pretty much all I can do today, because yesterday most of the northeast got pummeled with snow!! Depending on where you stand the snow is mid calf to waist high. Craziness!! I stood on my back stairs only long enough to take a few shots. It's freezing out there!

Somehow there was snow on the inside of my door along with plenty of snow outside.













Starting to get it all cleared away.
