I chose so many photos, and held myself back from choosing more because these two are STINKING CUTE!! Sophia and Giada are 1 year old and are pros in front of the camera. The poor little things weren't feeling 100% but they still didn't let me down. They are sweet tempered and beautiful like they're mamma and have the dancing rhythm like they're daddy. He would start humming and bopping a tune and they're little ears would perk up and they would start wiggling to the music. Oh my gosh...it was way too cute. Waldy and Alicia, you have two great girls on your hands.
Meet Sophia!
Meet Giada
Favorite. I love the index finger in the mouth.
Happy baby!!
A couple weeks back I second shot a wedding with a fellow photographer, (who just happens to be my best friend, IN THE WORLD) Beth. She and I have been close since we were about 4 and I cannot imagine my life without this girl. Aren't we cute?!
Congratulations Michael and Emily. I was honored to be a part of your wedding. More photos of Michael and Emily HERE!
Meet Miss Scarlett Grey. This little girl is beyond special to me. Her mama and I have been friends since we were 11, basically, babies ourselves! It's was so fun to be in her wedding (something that was totally mind boggling at the time!) and now I have the privilege of taking photos of her precious girl. Congratulations Alex and Amy, she is stunning.
Now...I'm pretty new to baby pictures, but I think we got some cute stuff! Not that I could take a bad photo of that precious little one...even when she cried!
Sad baby.
My favorites.
For whatever the reason, twice this week I've had my camera with me when these amazing sunsets were happening. Love sunsets. One in my neighborhood and one driving home from Nashville!
Tale as old as time, boy meets girl, boy and girl fall in love. I don't know what it is about weddings that consistently bring tears to my eyes. Whether it's the dress or the vows or the kiss or the fact that two people pledge to journey through life together, I love participating in that special day. One reason this wedding was special to me is because i've know these two for a long time. Cheyne since high school and Sarah from the time she was a baby!
Cheyne and Sarah, i've loved seeing your relationship blossom and am honored that you wanted me to be a part of your day. I wish you every blessing as you start this new chapter of your lives, together.
A special moment with mom and her girls.
And married!
Sarah, you are beautiful, really.
Reception was a blast. As the wedding was a 1940's movie theme the cake was genius! And guess who made it. Cheyne!
My favorites of the day, Sarahs younger sister and brother ending the night with a dance.
