Oh my...it's just been so long! So much has been going on since my last post, but unfortunately, the blog has been simmering on the back burner.
I was recently in SC again, visiting family and enjoying the sunny weather. As I'm looking at the slushie rain that's pouring down outside, I'm wondering why I got on the plane back to Chicago! While I was visiting Omi and Opa, my aunt, uncle and two little cousins came to visit. It was the first time a got to meet Matthew and I think it was love at first sight.

Nate and Jill :: Married!!

What a great weekend!! It included my best friend Beth, a road trip, lots of Starbucks and a wedding! This wedding I get to put my feet up, so to say, and second shoot with Beth. I love shooting my own weddings, but, just between us, I'm so laid back, I love being the second in command more! Nate and Jill were awesome! They are such good people, so pleasant, and so in love. Spending the day with them, their bridal party and families was such a pleasure!

O, Christmas Tree!!

Having my sister back in town for a few days on break, the famfam took advantage of being together again. We trooped out and found the perfect little/big tree. "It's not such a bad little tree. All it needs is a little love!" Charlie Brown Christmas movie must happen soon!

Kevin & Nicole :: Save the Date!

Kevin, Nicole and I trooped out in the cold on Sunday to take just a few photos. Although she looked stunning in her cream dress and he, dashing, in his suspenders, we're holding out for those gorgeous spring colors for a full blown engagement session. Here are just a few.
